I focus on coaching sales talents, teams and companies to improve their sales effectiveness and performance. I have a proven track record of developing and deploying global sales excellence and effectiveness capabilities that are aligned with the sales organization's objectives.

My approach involves developing and deploying global sales excellence and effectiveness capabilities that align with my clients' sales objectives. I define, communicate, and maintain global standards for sales methodologies and key account management models, resource deployment and coverage models, and other related sales operations capabilities. I work closely with my clients to develop custom strategies that are tailored to their unique needs, ensuring they achieve their sales goals and objectives.

Drawing from my experience in sales management, I define new KPIs that are aligned with current engagement frameworks and channels. I also establish Standard Operating Processes for marketing-related activities within the commercial business to drive alignment, consistency, and excellence. I serve as the point person for my clients to coordinate asks from the global commercial excellence team, and I partner with regional/country leadership and global cross-functional teams to identify needs and gather input for the global sales force effectiveness model.
